A fairly generic love story with two great leads and really engaging music. I really enjoyed the film and its structure, which was novel: her songs and story line go backward from the end of the relationship to the beginning while his songs and story line goes forward. It's definitely interesting but the attraction is Anna Kendrick and and Jeremy Jordan, and the music.
