Blue Underground, which recently released the wonderful Spaghetti Western Collection and the cult favorite, but extremely difficult to watch, Mondo Cane collection, is planning on releasing on 10/26 no less than 3 editions of Ralph Bakshi's Fire and Ice. The 3-disk super-duper special edition will be the one you want to pick. Ralph Bakshi is an animation wunderkid of the 70's who created an animated version of The Lord Of The Rings, and who loves Rotoscoping, a technique where animation is created by painting over live footage, creating very fluid and natural movements for example.

Universal dropped Double Indemnity (which was due on 7/6), but will hopefully finally release on 8/17 Spielberg's Sugarland Express and a special edition of Duel.
