The Bourne Supremacy surprised everyone with a fantastic $52.5M. As an indicator, this is more than any James Bond movie ever, and people are already talking about a long-running franchise starting here. Now, we'll see about that, but the third, and final, Robert Ludlum novel will definitely get done. Catwoman was disappointing of course with $16.7M. The movie is getting some of the worst reviews since Gigli. Acording to many critics, Halle berry is supposedly gorgeous, but not enough to save this terrible excuse of a film. Spider-Man 2 continues its ascent. It is expected to pass the $400M bar, but not surpass the original. This is so strange to me as i found this sequel so much better than the original in almost every respect. And finally, Fahrenheit 9/11 officially passed the $100M bar, which is quite an extraordinary achievement given that this is a documentary. Prepare for the genre to become more popular at the theaters as a result.
